The goose itself was delicious but through no fault of yours wasnt big enough for the numbers eating it. As this was our Xmas present to hosts, this was doubly unfortunate.
Thank you for the £10 refund but Id have preferred not to have to ring you etc and that you'd just offered a refund rather than a (useless) turkey leg etc.
