I was impressed to see the products purchased very well packaged and protected. It's my first time shopping with you and I would certainly shop again. My only concern is for my part actually and would like to be advised further, it's with regard to the meats, when I opened my box I found that the meats were part frozen which then got me thinking as to wether I would then have to consume it all within 24hrs (if no freezing was intended? Can you advise? Other than that, many thanks.
