I have had 2 deliveries from Coombe organics and it has always been on time and well packaged in reusable packing. The beef has been delicious and very flavoursome, however on my last delivery I ordered a joint of rump. It was advertised as having a layer of fat added to the top for roasting as there is very little fat in this cut. Unfortunately there was no added layer of fat on the joint and despite cooking in foil and adding lard it was rather dry. Fortunately the flavour still came through and maybe it was my cooking but I believe the added fat as advertised would have helped. Having said this every other piece of meat ordered has been succulent and bursting with flavour and commented on by all have eaten it.
