I love the fact this is from a specific farm, organic and they use retired dairy. I am never going to be a vegetarian but by buying from a farm like this I know I am supporting better welfare animal husbandry.
The retired dairy beef is really interesting and has a deeper flavour even if it is a little tougher and needs more cooking. I spend about £100 a month and am eating very very high-quality meat.
