It's great to have sulphite free bacon, for which we should be very grateful. It's been a cause of extreme annoyance for me that most organic companies selling bacon have the gall to put chemicals into their bacon, known to cause cancer, and still call it organic. It just does not make sense. The packaging for the order is very good, and recyclable. The meat is great, very tasty.
