I produced your ham at my youngest grandson's Christening lunch yesterday and the 20 guests all wolfed it down and many of them asked where it had come from and I fully expect there will be orders coming your way. Having no preservatives and such beautiful flavour and texture made it a rare treat. The ordering and delivery were efficient, and easy. Worth every penny, no waste, beautifully cooked.
