I found it very easy to order meat on their website and communications thereafter were excellent. The goods were well packed and delivered on time, although the amount of packing and icebags for us to dispose of was rather daunting. We had no use for the icebags or the wool packing. I was satisfied with the meat on the whole but disappointed with the lamb neck rings which i ordered to make a hotpot, really wanted good old-fashioned best end of neck like we used to buy. I would also say the pig cheeks were very tiny, not a bit like I used to buy from the meat counter at Waitrose.
