Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the mince particularly as we purchased 3 kgs. When it arrived we were surprised that it looked like it had very high fat content . We have cooked the mince in a couple of meals and quite honestly it was awful. Very fatty and quite a bit of gristle . We will not be purchasing again. We purchased 8 chicken breasts and they were very good though !!
