Just had my first mug of Chicken bone broth (chicken carcasses ) lots of meat left to make chicken soup and treat a hungry dog too. This bone broth was lovely. I had added a spoonful of miso paste and cooked it in a slow cooker for 24 hours. 2 jars for the fridge over t he weekend and marrow bones to go at next week. I will definitely re order
