Box arrived on the correct day, however, whilst still cold the ice-packs had defrosted. One item was missing. I got an email about it, but it would have been better if it had not been "orderable". I don't understand how stock control is so hard on e-shopping, to mark an item sold out and not allow you to order it. Meat is well packaged, but you do need to "air it" as when first opened it all smells strong. The quality was good, although the chicken had less meat on it than other organic ones of the same weight.
