Very positive. Easy to find products on website. Arrived very quickly, which I wasn't expecting. Had a call from a very helpful lady during the packing stage as one item had sold out. No problem their offer of substitution. The packaging was amazing. Very well protected for frozen products and beautifully presented. Would highly recommend their service. Faultless. Many thanks.
