My first purchase was brilliant, from the easy website to the packaging, and the meat was top quality: I ordered bones for a bone broth, and they were very generously still covered in quite a bit of meat. The beef mince made for a fantastically unctuous bolognese – unlike the typical 'lean' organic mince that end up dry. I'll definitely make this a regular order.
