Great quality meat and speedy delivery. Really up for the reduced ice-packs now it is not frozen and the wool packs are useful in the garden! I discovered beef point end brisket and the indication of how to cook was totally helpful and meant I looked up an appropriate recipe which was delicious, way beyond expectation. Very pleased with all of it.
