A few times the items have arrived partially defrosted which has meant having to cook them to save spoilage or having to throw them away as I haven't had the time to cook them. Contacted the company on this and they resolved the matter with a partial refund and promised to raise it to their couriers. has put me off reordering to a degree. Otherwise am happy with the products and it's great that they are grass fed.
