This was my first order and I bought some beef shin for a boeuf bourguignon and beef bone broth to use instead of a stock cube for oeufs en meurette. From the start the ordering process was very easy, with a clear and simple selection procedure and a fast efficient delivery system. Most importantly the products were of a very high standard and everything I had hoped for. The bourguignon was as tasty as the best I have ever had, and both that and the oeufs en meurette were a huge success with the guests, all of whom commented on the taste and texture of the meat and wanted to know where it was from as it was the best they had tasted for a very long time.
