I have yet to try most of the products ordered, but on first inspection, they seem to be top quality meat. The bones will be used to make home made beef broth, which I am looking forward to, as it is really difficult to find good quality, organic bones. The chicken livers are going to be turned into an Italian delicacy as a starter on hot toasted bread, again I am really looking forward to this. Packaging was excellent, everything was kept cooled in the box. I will follow up with a review of the meat and bones once they've been used, but it is looking very good from the word go!
