You have a lovely range of products--I will be back for more--and the service was prompt and straightforward with no unpleasant surprises. I haven't figured out what I'm going to do with all that sheep's wool packing *but I will do something.* I've only eaten the chicken livers from my order so far but they are heaven, sweet and tender. I've had organic chicken liver from other sources that was neither.
