disappointed by the delivery and the fact that having specified explicitly TWICE (both with my order and with the delivery company directly) where they should leave the box when I was out they still managed to leave it somewhere else.
I am a busy professional and don't want to have to negotiate when my neighbours are in.
when i complained via email i received a phone call which i couldn't take as i was in meetings and dont have the time or capacity to call back so don't think i will be using again.
