My first order arrived last week, next day delivery. Well packaged ( I think my partner had a word with George about finding a method of reducing/recycling the ice packs). Apparently you are working on this?
So far we have had the lambs liver and a a beef joint. Both very good My only disappointment was that there was no fat put around the beef. However I browned it on the hob in olive oil, butter and black pepper; roasted it on a bed of celery onion and carrot and it was gooooorgeous.
