I cook a turkey every year, and this definitely was the best! I have previously bought organic turkeys, and paid more when they were less common. Everyone was complimentary about our Coombe turkey. I didn't stuff the cavity, except with herbs and onions and the flavour was delicious, the meat was moist and I have made soup with the carcass. I really liked the wool packaging because I will use it too, and the re-freezable ice packs. I have already recommended it to friends. So pleased!
