The delivery arrangements for my turkey were excellent. Being given an hour's time-slot is perfect - and it was delivered during that slot. The packaging was amazing (thanks Paula?) and the bird was still well-chilled on arrival. The turkey itself was absolutely delicious. Contrary to some advice, I stuffed the interior with a superb chestnut stuffing, and put another type in the breast/neck area. Thus the bird was beautifully moist (and the chestnut stuffing didn't dominate at all). Christmas must have been hectic for you.... Have a good rest and a Happy New Year.
