The turkey was delivered on time and packaged well. The flavour and size was also good.
My only disappointment was the turkey not being ready for cooking as advertised due to poor plucking. I had to spend 45 minutes plucking with tweezers at which point I ran out of time and had to get the bird in the oven. I had to advise my guests not to eat the skin.
I have ordered Kelly Bronze turkeys in the past and had to do a bit of final plucking but this was excessive.
