Cannot comment on the mini Pork Loin as it is still in the freezer.
However as it was our first order I will comment generally.
The meat we have eaten was very tender - and I know the perceived wisdom is fat makes the meat tastier - but we do not like a lot of fat whichi there was on the chops and noisettes - and come to think of it on the mini pork loin too.
