The service was top notch. They arrived beautifully packaged and totally frozen. Real care and pride had obviously gone into the whole packaging and despatch process. Haven't made stock from the carcasses yet but plan to. Bought organic chicken carcasses to make stock for me to use in making soup for the family and organic lamb bones to make bone broth for my unwell dog! Lamb bone broth is working brilliant for the dog. We can see the difference already. Thank you.
