Very tasty and great that they are free able. You need a full pouch, half is not enough so does make the product expensive. I am not sure adding water would work as a soup but maybe for stock. I am taking these on the advice of a nutritionist along with Kefir to tackle a long standing bacteria issue - leaky gut so worth the cost to reverse the problem and improve symptoms.
