I love this stuff. On a mission to heal my sons teeth, a teaspoon goes into one of his meals every day. 1/4 teaspoon for my cat (she no longer limps) and I put a tablespoon into the blender with ghee and green tea each morning for myself... who needs anti ageing creams!
