Card was declined twice with no explanation. When I called to find out why, CS representative said he would find out and call back. He did not, so I was required to call back 5 hours later. I was then told it was because my Billing Address was in another country, but the system allows you to input this... I then made the purchase over the phone using another card, but because I did not purchase it on the actual website, I received several emails over the subsequent week reminding me that there was something still in my basket, or asking why I hadn't completed my purchase - I received at least one of these a day. However, the item was packaged incredibly well and delivered incredibly fast, which was fantastic!
