When my order arrived it had nearly thawed out completely. As I wanted it for Xmas dinner I was unable to refreeze it so bang went my dinner. I was supposed to receive a full refund but as of yet nothing has materialised. They didn't even bother to send a replacement and just left me to it.
First time I've used this company. Very disappointed.
