Quality of the bones, both chicken and beef I believe very good, made a super rich bone broth already. Chicken feet did indeed need a thorough rinse and pluck of feathers, not the most attractive, but... what can you do, not everyone likes feet. The reason for this review is actually the packaging. I appreciate the need for freshness and hygiene, noted. However the amount of plastic packaging of both the items themselves and the large array of ice packs does not seem sustainable at all! I hope you are doing this already, looking into alternatives to plastic packaging, I believe alternatives exist and will soon become mainstream.
