My deliveries have always been on time and customer service is excellent. I cant find any organic bone broth in sussex so had to find someone online to deliver. I go for the chicken soup and it tastes delicious and from what i read on the ingredients it has a high level of bone broth (extras are vegetables to give taste and the taste really is lovely) as i was after this for the gut healing properties... The only thing i would say is that i would really love them to find another way of packaging so that we could reduce the waste there. And also i would be a mega fan if they were delivered in glass bottles and NOT plastic (and maybe sort out a system for people to return the bottles to be reused when you purchase your next order.... also putting any hot liquids into any plastic pouches can also allow for plastic particles to leak into the contents through osmosis...
