I bought six venison fillets for four people, because 150 grams per person sounded a bit mean. The venison fillets were extremely good if a little pricey at over £50 including delivery. However, the amount of gristle and membrane left on the outsides of the fillets was disappointing and the farm's butchers should not expect the customer to have to do this job themself.
