I'm not a huge fan of frozen turkeys. I usually do fresh and I spatchcock them and do them on my charcoal grill (Egg). So, because it was frozen I didn't spatchcock (not really sure why) I considered brining but marinaded instead. The flavour was exceedingly good and we are thoroughly enjoying feasting on the remains as I write. I will continue to buy your products. Thank you. I have to say I'm a sucker for smoked turkey and this filled the bill (no pun).
