The service was really professional- keeping me informed of what was happening all along re delivery, wonderfully insulated cool box arrived right on time. So far we’ve only eaten one of the cuts - short rib- which my chef son cooked for six hours! Dee-lish-ous. Organic meat is not cheap, but we only have meat once a fortnight so can be afforded as something special. Overall a great experience.
