Although the host rings were more than one third underweight the product was good and tasty. Fortunately I noticed that the goat rings were too light and weighed them... and everything else! That was the only underweight item and on pointing it out I promptly recieved a refund. It didn't feel to me that this issue was taken as seriously as it should have been, and I wonder how many other customers were sold short and didn't notice. The products are good and tasty, but I feel very uncomfortable about such a large error in weight of one item. I mark the service as poor, and it lets down a very good and ethical product
