Received promptly by courier even during lockdown. Packed in ice and each pack was frozen. All in excellent condition. Put most in the freezer but kept one beef and one chicken out to taste. Used microwave to heat.... Easy to do. Taste delicious! Keeping me on track for my 30 day healthy eating challenge. Thank you
