Goat neck mixed with diced goat meat made a wonderful curry; slow cooked, lots of spices, brown chick peas and lentils wonderful. Friends who had never had goat said they would now buy it; said it was best curry they had ever had! Couldn't get goat from local butchers and so good to know meat is sustainably raised, low fat and good quality. Thank you.
