The Lamb meat,had no great flavour, the meat grain was course... indeed I considered the lamb to be a hogget or at least a year old Hog. Organic produce, I often purchase for freshness, locality and flavour. I found none of the above qualities in this leg of lamb.. As to price it was a little on the pricey side.. But as to value, unfortunately I could not justify purchasing this item again
