I was hoping for some really nice meat, but unfortunately I can't say it was the best. The vacuum pack on the short ribs had blown, the bacon shrunk to half the size in the pan and looked grey, the sausages arrived completely defrosted and very squashed and the pork shoulder whilst ok lacked flavour once cooked. Overall I felt I overpaid having bought better quality meat elsewhere for less.
