From the start, Coptrz always communicated information very well, including theory course info and general updates etc. Whilst completing my theory, I felt like I could ask any questions along the way and Coptrz were always helpful and replied straight away. In relation to my practical test, the preparation was made easy as to what was expected of me. I failed my first test but felt like I received enough guidance to ensure I didn't make the same mistake again. I was made to feel relaxed and at ease in my tests.
