Freddie (the trainer) was friendly approachable and very helpful. He’d take his time to go over things again if required, was evidently passionate about drones and all they have to offer and openly offered further help and support post course if required without hesitation. He puts you at ease during the practical assessment and ensured that you were fully informed about what was required. From someone who is extremely critical and hates the classroom environment I must say it was very satisfactory. Thank you Freddie
