The on-line course was well set out and easy to follow. This was backed up by great support if and when i needed it. My organisation's IT was very limiting in its software presenting a problem when it came to doing the GVC exam. We contacted Katie Rhodes at Coptrz and it was a quick fix allowing me to complete the test via Teams.
