My problem with coral is as follows some customer service staff and complaints department managers are lieing and cheating customers on corals behalf they lie about complaints so they don't have to deal with them they refuse to close accounts and keep taking money off customers that have complained again and again about why corals refuse to close their account it took me threatening them with court action newspapers solicitors gambling commission and the government before they finally closed my account after more than 4 months complaining it looks like the 5.9 million pounds Ladbrokes corals was fined in 2019 wasn't enough because they are still doing it to many more customers I personally am looking forward to taking the members of coral staff responsible for my problems with corals to court in the near future with the possibility of fraud and deception charges against said staff members corals still have a chance of dealing with this problem but after 21/06/2021 when covid restrictions end I along with citizen's advice and a specialist solicitor will be aiming to take coral and staff members to court
