What a shambles this company has become. The company I once admired has fallen rapidly in terms of service quality and staff competence .placed a bet on an ongoing cricket match and chose the total runs market. Took ten minutes for a chap called duane to even get close to my query which was to settle the bet early as the target had been reached for some time . This request had been dealt with many times before but this time declined ending with the ridiculous statement that I would have to wait till the end of the match not the end of the innings which is the correct answer .its obvious the standard of corals employee is very low in terms of product knowledge. I'm just fortunate I use this account rarely and have paddy power as my main account. A company that is exceptional in every aspect of customer service.
