Total crooks. I was offered an introductory bet on a horse at long odds. Placed a fiver on it but it never ran and they refused me a second intro bet. I have had other problems with Corals, followed the customer complaints route via email and letter but they didn't bother to reply. I no longer bet with them and urge others to avoid.
