Have never had to review a company but feel the need to after my experience. On 04/12/15 I placed a bet on the International premier league tennis event. They had two markets running, overall tie odds which is who wins most games over five sets wins and match betting on each individual set. I bet on the individual set, the first set between Fabrice Santoro and Carlos Moya. Moya won the set 6:5 and my bet was paid as soon as the set finished, I got 8/11 and off £18 I had £31.19 visible in my account. I was then looking at other bets I could place with my winnings when I noticed my balance on 0. I rang customer services and no one had a clue with anything in regards to tennis and I was advised it was probably a system error and it will be rectified. No, what they did was after paying me for the bet I placed was retract the bet and all of a sudden I had an open bet of £18 on the overall tie odds, something I did not place. Again I rang customer services as this was not bet I placed but after going through to telebet they were adamant that was the bet I placed. I asked them what they initially paid out for and they said match betting on the first legends set. I told them yes the bet I placed was that and you paid me for my correct bet. A reputable business like Coral I thought they would see my side and understand my initial bet was the right one and they were wrong for retracting my bet and changing it to a different bet altogether. Again this was not the case and were implying I was lying as to the bet I originally placed. I have deposited a fair amount with Coral and an £18 bet for £13 gain I would not kick up a fuss over but my bet was 100% on the first set only. I will never deposit money to them again over this as it's more the principle rather than anything else. I strongly advise if you are betting with these to screenshot every bet you place as you don't have a leg to stand on otherwise.
