Raised my credit limit, waited the 24 hours nothing,rang them ,very unsympathetic said i wanted to complain,told a manager would ring within 72 hours, guess what nothing tried again to speak to them very politely to ask why they did not ring me again very rude and hung up on me again. DISGUSTING, to make matters worse my bet would have won me £175.STAY WELL AWAY
