I have played on slot machine over 1.5 hours and no drink was offered then at 21:50 the person in charged Danny shouted to finished on the slot machine so I cashed out then at 21.56 I asked Danny if I can used the toilet he told is a big no and advice me to go across the road n used Mc Donald toilet n I told him it's not professional to do so as I bursting for a wee n Danny still declined me to use the toilet in Coral n I was very upset n it was the first time I came to play on the slot machines this but normally I used to used paddy power or william hill n there never being a problem n I think your staff need customers care training. The shop is on the high street of Gillingham opposite of McDonald's n I have never came across this situations in betting shop for the last 27 years. Please do something about it so next time it won't happen. It is not looking good for Coral about this sort of behaviour n hope to hear from u soon .
