you will never ever ever be classed as retail, stop trying to sell products to me every time I walk through the door! 99% of your customers know exactly what they want to spend their hard earned cash on and just come in as a leisure activity and have a fun bet, They do not want to be mithered about connect or scratch cards or to play a particular game on the fobts!! You have a duty of care to look after your customers so why are you encouraging further gambling?
