I recently opened an account in one of the shops to qualify for a bet on Anthony Joshua to win at 25-1, i have since been unable to access my account to place further bets as my account has been frozen, they need a number of proof of ID sent to them to un-freeze my account i believe this is a way of them getting out of their obligation to pay me my winnings which i'm not bothered about i just wanted to be able to place further bets. Getting through to customer service is a nightmare as you are always placed in a queue and don't get an answer i have now cancelled my account and lost the money they owe me i think i got off lightly if it had been more money it would have been a challenge to get it back. I wouldn't recommend Coral to anyone for a large company they need to look at the way their customer service is managed.
