Biggest bunch of thieves in the bookmakers industry.I had a cash out and confirmed it but seemingly didn’t go through then one of my teams drew so no payout at all but every other time I have cashed out and my teams have all went on to win it goes through ok,I wonder why.When I phoned the most ignorant customer services I have ever came across I was told it’s not guaranteed and you can check our terms and conditions but when I pointed out that it was impossible for me to be online at the time they said I was they just spoke rubbish regards my complaint.I’ll never set foot in Corals again and to be honest I should thank them cause I’ll save a fortune.
